As per abaqus documentation we need to use the line

(*EL FILE, FREQUENCY=final_increment, ELSET=set_name, POSITION=CENTROIDAL,

*FILE FORMAT , ASCII) in input file under 'HISTORY OUTPUT' in order to get the centroidal stress value (of offset surface) of shell element, but inspite of putting the line in input file I am getting the stress values at the inner & outer thickness integration point of the shell element(S4R) which is the default output one can obtain without mentioning 'POSITION=CENTROIDAL' part in the line(mentioned earlier). Can anyone help me how to get the centroidal stress value for a S4R shell element? Please leave your valuable comment. Thank you.
