Is it possible to do a Mass spect analysis of Protein spot from PVDF membrane ?If yes, then can anyone recommend me procedure?

Hello, I am looking for a suggestion, where I can use western blot membrane containing protein of interest spot, and subject for Mass spec analysis.Is anyone has any kind of experience ?.Is anyone have any kind of experience?
