Is it possible to differentiate a cancer cell from a normal cell through their electrical properties?

Hi, I'm currently searching about the electrical properties of cancer cells and how those properties could be shown on an electromagnetic/magnetic field. Likewise, if this research could be used for identifying abnormal cells or, in that case, for diagnosing cancer at its early stages. Thank you in advance.
