I want to compare a cntfet based circuit with a mosfet based circuit, but I have just Vth value.
How can I get Wn and Wp?
As far as I know in digital circuits transistors act like a switch, so do I have to use triode and saturation equations for each transistor to get Wn and Wp?

I understand the circuits by their behavior. It is not wise in my opinion to convert a current operated device to voltage operated and vice versa. Perhaps it is of just academic interest. the current operated device is operated with a current source which inherently has a high resistance. Voltage operated devices have low source resistance. A tunnel diode exhibiting negative resistance cannot be tested with a voltage source while one can determine the peak and valley using a current source. So it may be wise to establish that the conversion is meaningful before one attempts it.
Please Maryam would you please explain more about your question? Is Wn, Wp are the widths of he n and p channel transistors? If so the CMOS inverter is a ratio less logic in the sense Wn, Wp can be of minimum feature size. Only if there is timing constraints on the inverter then you can determine this ratio from that constraints.
The other thing is that you can use the results of conventional CMOS provided that you can use the same formulation for the I-V relations.

yes Wp and Wn are pmos and nmos gate widths respectively.
I think Wg of CNTFET can be used as Wg of pmos and nmos, but in this case (w/l)p will be equal with (w/l)n.
