Dear Andrey,
The paper explains a series of entities, structures, interactions, rules, information and dynamical behavior, all suited to be better formalized using UML language in conjunction with other mathematical structures of dynamical systems, information theory, control systems and signal processing. This approach may help simulation, reasoning, and hypothesis testing for predicting behavior and discovering of new unforeseen structures.
I do not know if it is the good way to model this important pathway in vivo. However, in vitro this seems to be the appropriate method. In effect, we observe only the emerged part of this pathway that depends in vivo/in situ on many and more events that remain to be characterized completely to be modelled, because first (mainly) all of these processes occur at "steady state" and not at the "equilibrium" and second the molecular flows that must exist between the different entropic or delineated compartments are unknown even if they are intuited. Thus you can try to model proteosynthesis using this method but you must remember that you will obtain only the network that is already described in the better litterature. Sincerely.

That's the idea. To model what is already described in the literature. Nevertheless, this formalization process is also a good path for reasoning and proposing new hypotheses to be tested. I am still running some other pending work on a multidisciplinary basis, but a PhD candidate will help to begin the investigation. I truly hope to exchange information with you, Andrey and any other researcher who may become interested in this endeavor.
