Hi,

I´m a bit dubious about the gene silencing using chemicals, would love to see some data. With RNAi there are a number of issues with mitochondria, starting from the polycistronic transcripts and unlikely existence of molecular mechanisms required by siRNA mediated gene silencing. So getting the siRNA into mitochondria is a big issue but not the only problem.
