I have to design in this wavelength condition
- FITC, PE, PE-Texas Red, PerCP/PI/PerCP-Cy5.5, PE-Cy5, PE-Cy7, APC, APC-Cy7, Hoechst/DAPI
And the markers what I want to check are six markers : CD45, CD3, CD4, CD8, target protein, L/D
First of all, L/D was designed as DAPI and target gene is FITC, but I don't know how to design the rest effectively.
I would really appreciate it, If you could give me some advice. thank you
Have a look at guides, which fluorophores are compatible, your panel design will also depend on your FACS instrument and on the availability and access to respectively labelled antibodies.
A useful combination is for example FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5 and PE-Cy.
