Emulsion polymerization has a very low yield compared to solution polymerization.
Is there anything we can do with this unreacted monomer?

For environmental and economic concerns, unreacted monomers are recovered and reused for the same production line or for other applications and purposes. Please check the attached documents. My Regards

You can condense the unreacted monomer to get the unreacted butadiene and then can use butadiene adsorbents for recovering more amount of the unreacted butadiene. The remaining latex from the butadiene recovery area is then sent to the styrene recovery process, usually taking place in perforated plate steam stripping columns.
Level of free monomer in polymers like SBR rubber is strictly limited by specification. Also envi reason is important. You need save free monomer in process and get back, definetelly not place it in final product - material. Also free monomer due to safety aspects could not be relaes in to envi.
