yes I have included in my thesis project. The APDL codes are in the Appendices, there you can see a example how one can apply the heat generation load a function of body temperature, how one can impose initial temperatures as a position based (or node based) distributed function.

It is possible to do this in ANSYS Workbench as well, but you have to add load function using the command node. In COMSOL it is possible to do without commands !
