When we design a revolute joint with the surfaces, the surface - surface interaction can be achieved in abaqus. But is it possible to achieve an hydrodynamic surface interaction between two bodies where the lubricant film can withstand the impact pressure (may be polygon effect on roller chains) and bushing tension to a certain extent before it leads a clearance break between two surfaces or its act in the dynamic rotation process?
Does a co-simulation within abaqus could be useful ?

Yes. The fluid shall maintain its film and provide a dynamic rolling friction of 0.125 till a certain amount of bearing pressure or impact load. I would like to acquire the contact pressures with these conditions on the pin and bush to calculate wear further.
