Hello Professors, Masters, and Students that expertize in remote sensing.
I am studying about geological engineering and now starting to practice with remote sensing for geological purposes. Last week I tried to do some remote sensing analysis using different software (SAGA GIS, Quantum GIS, ENVI) and data such as Landsat 8 for geological aspect. But, there are some problem that occurs. When I using QGIS for applying preprocessing (atmospheric correction) and layer stacking/merge data then export the result into raster (GeoTIFF) for specific analysis in other software (ENVI) to applying supervised classification Spectral Angle Mapper or SAM. When I oppended the data, the wavelength from raster result is lost or not included. The question: what's the problem that causing the error data? is there probably impossible to moving one data result from QGIS to ENVI (or other GIS based software) and otherwise? Or maybe someone here know about some technique that I don't know already about exporting data from QGIS so the result can be openned to other software, without losing the internal data?

I´m not sure what you mean when you say the wavelength is lost, may be you could upload a small subset of your image in the formats you are working for us to take a look. I usually use QGIS, ENVI and ERDAS for other applications.

Greetings and thanks for your answer above. With all of respect, let me show a figure about my problem. The following figures is my display result about comparison bertween corrected and exported data from QGIS & Landsat 8 raw data that I open in ENVI. The wavelength from the uncorrected still appear, but the corrected one is not appear or maybe lost in the process. Can you give me some advice and suggestion about that problem?

Thank you for your kindness in answering my question above. For export using raster conversion tool based on which software, QGIS or SAGA GIS. Because both of the final result I tried to use for ENVI, I just export into GeoTIFF format from both QGIS and SAGA GIS. But, like I said before, the wavelength and other internal data is missing. By all due respect, please inform me if you have some basic tutorial about using and analysing Landsat data in QGIS or SAGA GIS.
