Hi,

I am doing the linear stability analysis for a 3-component Gray-Scott Reaction diffusion system.

For my system, I am getting Positive steady state points also the

Routh–Hurwitz criteria hold for diffusion less and with diffusion system.

In case of characteristic polynomial "Plotting the "Re of lambda" with "k", the curve never cross the horizontal axis (wave vector) for all set of parameters values."

while I am getting pattern with simulation.

Is it possible that pattern exist with simulation but mathematically the system is always stable??
