I'll tell the story from the beginning,
An, apparently respectful professor, contacted me here in RG to tell me that he had visited my page and that he proposed to me to get a Honorary Professorship from his so-called instituation, in USA but Africa.
By using google I discovered the name of his institution mentioned with mafia.
I found its so called program in this page (mafia doc. com / cypress - international - graduation - programme - final )
I don't want to put the URL, for security reasons, but the reader can put the words together to arrive to the electronic address or to use google.
Then, with google also, I discovered something shocking; an article entitled:
"Off the wall of Patseni Mauka: Ben Phiri's doctorate degree is a case of smart diploma-mill",
written on July 27, 2015.
The website is: (nyasatimes . com / off - the - wall - of - Patseni -Mauka - ben - phiris - doctorate - degree - is - a - case - of - smart - diploma - mill).
This contradiction, which may be a paradox only, put me in a confusion.
What do you think about these incidental dicscoveries?
