Debbra, you can try extract helminth eggs DNA with tissue DNA extraction kit, but you should warm up samples with lysis buffer (at the stage of lysis) to 60-65 С (10-15 min).

yes i think it is possible to use such extracting kit for eggs of parasite you mentioned

You can try it because as you mentioned if it extracted DNA from blood snd tissues so it is fine for other organisms. Good luck and happy new year
