Is it okay to replace CDS only when I want to change antibiotics resistance gene in plasmid?

Hello all.

I want to replace spectinomycin resistance gene to kanamycin resistance gene in pAM2991 plasmid.

There is information about CDS of each antibiotics resistance gene in Addgene, but I couldn't find information about promoters and terminators.

So is it okay to replace only CDS of spectinomycin resistance gene with kanamycin resistance gene? (not whole cassette)

I'm planning to use infusion cloning method.
