I agree with Lorenzo, there is not a problem with using the same terminator sequence, it will work fine regardless of being used 2 or 3 times on a given plasmid. The one concern I would raise is that you are now introducing a repeated DNA element on your plasmid which could readily promote recombination between two repeats and delete the material in between (ie one of your genes of interest). Whether this is a problem likely depends upon how long the terminator sequences that you are repeating, and the host strain that you are using (notably whether it is a recA+ or recA-. If the latter then the problem mostly goes away, if the former then you would be advised to be careful.
Yes, you can use same terminator sequence any number of times in a Plasmid or any construct because it has nothing to do with the whatever protein you express as well as it will not imprint into your protein; it just terminates the transcription by forming secondary structure.
