I am a bit confused about uploading full papers in the reserachgate due to the copyright violation.
Is there a legal procedure to upload papers in RG?
If uploaded without copyright permission, what may be the action taken by the journal?
The benefit is that there are lots of readers in RG and gets the opportunity to read the papers in free.

Although, the copyright is transferred directly to the publishers and some publishers ask for singed copyright form, the issue still gray area.
I believe that it is not allowed, as it against the copyright and the journals listed the cases in which you we can use the full text (lectures, sending privet copy to colleagues, ...)
