Few good publisher also charge to publish an article and author also pays just because its impact factor is high. Why not to publish in free in any online journal as if the research is good there are so many way to reach to society.
The issue of publication has elicited such a huge debate over the years. I do not agree with journals charging money to publish an article. Why? Because they tend to overlook peer review, an important aspect in any publication and look more at the money you pay. Publishing an article that is not peer reviewed means you are likely to publish unverified or fake knowledge.
Yes, Dear Anjay kumar Mishra, the issue of reaching out to the wider audience through the media and publishing the results of scientific research is an important issue for the researcher. Some editors of scientific journals issuing scientific journals with a high Impact Factor citation rate require high fees from scientists, which is very controversial, given that scientists are not usually high-income social groups. Therefore, it is an important issue for the researcher, where to publish in order to achieve high recognition of conducted research in society and globally.

There is a correlation between money-making journals and quality of research being published. Like you will investigate any journals you want to publish in, check to see that such journal asking for money is not a dubious one. In most cases, they are dubious places where your publication will receive negative considerations. Check the quality of authors, editors, impact factor if any, country, and age of the journal. If the journal is located in such dubious countries, run! I know many of them use addresses in Canada, Britain, USA and the likes, but the kind of names you find on the editorial boards, as the editors, and authors publishing there will warn you. But if you must publish ANYWHERE ANYHOW without reaching those important in your fields, then goodluck.
