Use dilute solution (0.1 M) of NaOH.

I think dilute solution of strong alkali/base is better than standard buffer to control the pH of reaction mixture. Because buffer always may contain some ions that can affect the formation and stabilization via conjugation of the phytochemicals of the in situ prepared nanoparticles.

It will be better if you used hydrazine. Instead of NaOH, hydrazine is a greener agent

okay, to increase the PH i will prepare 1 M of NaOH and slightly add it to my solution then i measure pH using PH meter
