i have plant extract and i dried it and get mass in gram after evaporation the solvent, now i want to synthesize metallic nano particles but how much mass in g, mg should dissolve in which solvent (same as extraction; i use multiple solvent) how much the quantity of solvent? in ml 100 ml of distilled water or de-ionized ? and how much mass should i dissolve?

It is depending on the nature, structure, present moieties(functional groups), MW and CMC concentration of the stabilizer. You may try varying both your extract and nanoparticles precursors concentrations.
Initially add a small amount of the extract in the salt solution. If you find precipitation, then leave it and in your next experiment vary the extract content to relatively higher orders.
Additionally, you must perform xrd/nmr for each sample that you synthesized to know the exact content.
