This looks like the sort of thing that boxplots are not good for. Since they don't show the data, they are best used in conjunction with a display that shows the data.

It looks like you have whole number values only. Maybe something like this, then?

Yes its a whole number value, I have seen a couple of articles with a similar box plot, where the minimum value overlaps with the first quartile and vice versa.
