I have found the formula for measuring the defect free length on graphene layers but is it possible to measure the lateral size also. I think there is negligible relation between lateral size of graphene and intensities of D, G and 2D band.
You can do it with the ratio of I(D) / I(G). This is represented in the Tuinstra-Koenig relationship where that ratio is proportional to the inverse of La ("lateral" size).
