The World Health Organization (WHO) has finally made its decision. On Monday, May 25, the United Nations specialized agency for public health revealed that it has "temporarily" suspended clinical trials with hydroxychloroquine.
What's behind that suspension?

COVID-19 is more dangerous for those whose has low immunity. so i think hydroxychloroquine+ surbex Z, T will be more effective for covid-19 treatment.

Although WHO has suspended trials on HCQ stating safety reasons, the ICMR has expanded the net of people who would benefit from HCQ prophylaxis. This recommendation is based on over 40 years of experience in using chloroquine as an antimalarial. Probably every other Indian has consumed chloroquine(lariago) for malaria sometime in his/her life India being a malaria endemic country. Many people have also used it long term for their rheumatoid arthritis. So chloroquine is in no way a new drug, at least its safety but not effectiveness for COVID19 is time tested. If the baseline ECG is normal, barring coadministration of QT prolonging drugs HCQ is quite safe. HCQ has lesser side effects than chloroquine.
Among healthcare workers those who have consumed HCQ as prophylaxis have a reduced incidence of COVID19 and a milder course. Half the Police personnel in Mumbai had adhered to the ICMR advisary and consumed HCQ prophylactically while the remaining half fearing GI upset etc did not consume it. Nine deaths were reported in the cohort which had not taken HCQ prophylaxis whereas there was no mortality in the HCQ group.
In vitro studies have proved HCQ effectiveness against coronaviruses and ongoing clinical trials seem to give promising results so far. But taking HCQ prophylaxis or not is entirely a personal decision

According to the preprint of 28 May 2020, entitled: Hydroxychloroquine Versus COVID-19: A Periodic Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis ,
The conclusion is:
This systematic review and meta-analysis not only showed no clinical benefits regarding Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) treatment with/without azithromycin for COVID-19 patients, but according to multiple sensitivity analysis, the higher mortality rates were observed for both HCQ and HCQ+AZM ( azithromycin) regimen groups, especially in the latter.
Despite the WHO stand on it. I believe that Hydroxychloroquine is effective because, Covid19 and malaria has the same symptoms.

Recent preprints, which are not peer-reviewed articles, point to the ineffectiveness of HCQ .
Do you have any scientifically validated evidence?
There is a paucity of literature that justifies the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of Covid-19.
