Do you mean in nature .. Each color represents something beautiful .. Do not deny the color of the sky and the beautiful blue sea .. Nor the wonderful color of trees and green plains ...
If Earth was covered in green it wouldn't look bad, in fact it would look better, more fresh and alive. However if it was covered in blue it would look cold and distant, like Neptune. Green represents life, blue does not. Green is the most soothing color to the eyes, blue is not.
The answer depends on what is the goal and what are the criteria for assessing the strength and direction of the influence of colors on its achievement

At the beginning of the 20th century, colors were assigned at racing events for the cars of individual nations. For UK vehicles green was obligatory and the "British Racing Green" is still a classic and important colors of British cars (to my personal opinion, German cars (mostly black) are at least as good as irrigated and rain fed Brexit (BB) cars).
From Visble spectroscopic study the wavelegth range of green light is 495 - 570
nm where as for blue light 450-495 nm - Due to longer wavelenth frequency is shorter ie why a green light is more preferable than blue light for eg , Indian railway uses green light thru signal tracking .
All colors are derived from white light as Newton demonstrated aptly with his prism experiment long ago. Therefore each color and wavelength is unique and has its own individual application and potentiality. Each color has healing properties. I have worked with various visible lasers of different wavelengths including tuneable lasers and I have no bias towards any particular color. They are all beautiful.
