Yes it is possible, but you have to change the site of injection such as right and left alternatively and moreover you can follow like insulin injection procedures as well so that you can avoid 2 injection at same point. Better to use the thinnest needle (insulin syringe prefer). We are doing similar sorts of injection in mouse till a month so in rat you can do it more comfortably...
Of course it is possible. I've studied upto 72 days by intraperitoal injection on sprage dawley rats. I agree totally with Bhakta Prasad Gaire, you must have to change the injection site on daily basis.
Thanks for your question, this depends on the injected dose and the chemical nature of injection if the 1/2life of chemical is short so there is no problem and the quantity of injection t avoid the kysts formation and other complications
In my experience it is possible, yet I agree with some of the comments in that the handling is stressful and can add substantial variability in the results. Moreover, even changing from side to side won't prevent occasionally missing the site (with so many adminstrations those are likely to happen wvery once in a while).
