They have messaged me thru may WhatsApp account and offered their services for publishing our paper in a Scopus-indexed journal. I am hesitant to accept their offer since I do not know how legit they are. What are your thoughts about this matter?

Dear Jovenil Bacatan The website is (according to my antivirus software) not safe, nevertheless I ‘risked’ my life... and visited the site and noticed more disturbing things:
-The name looks misleadingly similar to one of biggest publishing companies out there “HaperCollins Publishers LLC”
-The claim “to be affiliated with several reputable and high-impact journals in various fields.”, this is not how it works. See for example “International Multilingual Research Journal” The same is true for the claim “so we offer a publication guarantee for all our research services.”
-Looking at the contact info (1321 upland dr. houston texas 77043) it renders a suspicious location, at best a virtual office
-The same ‘address’ is used by https://www.facebook.com/dukeandlordpublishing/ and Mermaid Publishers USA https://www.facebook.com/mermaidpublishers/
-Take the ‘testimonials’ one can see a picture of a good-looking young woman, but if you search Google Lens you see that she is (understandably) a model that works for several commercials (so with no relationship to science). The mentioned CEO John Smith Deercreative (under the assumption that we are dealing with a real person) is apparently desperate because there is a similar testimony here https://propublishers.co.uk A certain Janet leigh has a testimony on both sites as well…
Personally, I would say avoid.
