Since I received an email from them, I suspected that they were not legitimate. I say that because my work is contrarian to the current view.
That said, I looked into

and to my surprise, there weren't there.
Please, provide your opinion about this publisher.

stay away from predatory publishers such as this. There is nothing academically
useful to get out of involving yourself with them. There are so many long-standing,
legitimate publishers out there that you should be able to find one that suits your
needs without taking such a huge risk. These include UC Press, Princeton UP
and Springer. There are many more.

You could not find them in the list of potential predatory publishers because you looked at an obsolete link. The most update (although the last update is from December 2021) list(s) you can find here: https://beallslist.net and “Cambridge Scholars Publishing” is included in the updated version of the Beall’s list https://beallslist.net/#update
Based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambridge_Scholars_Publishing I see a mixed picture. Some of their books are indexed in http://wokinfo.com/mbl/ However I found only 5 titles while a well-established publisher like Springer has more than 20000 titles included.

I am about to publish my monograph with CSP, and am happy with their professionalism. Although I've published with elite presses in the past, I also want to support smaller independent presses and enjoy shaking the exclusivity tree. If I were keen to get a tenured University position, I would have different pressures upon me. By contrast, I'm an applied anthropologist, do not want to work as an academic, and generally disagree with the elitism and exclusivity in the world of University presses. I could be in a minority. When I was looking intentionally for a small and independent academic press, a highly respected professor recommended Peter Lang and Cambridge Scholars. My book is in pre-press, but so far I am satisfied.
