Imaging flow cytometry (ImageStream, Millipore) can be used to visualise labelled and non-labelled microvesicles but not exosomes. This equipment is somehow a flow cytometer wherein the detectors have been replaced by microscope objectives coupled to a camera.
Concerning techniques, besides nano particle tracking analysis (also called NTA) with a Nanosight system, you may also consider dynamic light scattering (DLS). While it is not exactly a method to visualize DLS has been used to determine the size of vesicles in solution.
