I am interested in the treatment of urethral stricture.
I have used it in anterior urethral stricture in 3 cases with good results but no experience in posterior urethral distraction defect
I have used in atleast 10-12 cases. When the buccal site is not adequate or when the buccal site was used earlier. The results are similar to buccal grafts. The grafts are thinner compared to the buccal and my first preference is still the buccal.
Because I have realized that the world tends more and more to do open and free science and there is a trend more and more to choose free databases, free tools and open access platforms.
