Is anyone struggle to expand COAV-4 cell line?

Hi,

The cell line is growing well ,after thawing to 75cm flask. However, when I split from 175 to 1 stack they are not happy . I have tried to add 10 nM Hepes. I was wondering is anyone who have experience with CAOV-4 cell ?
