We have identified a marker of intstine neuroendocrine cells by comparative protome. Through IHC, this molecule is also special for neuroendocrinal tumors. However, we have no clinical data to make a further analysis. Welcome researchers to join us.

It seems not so easy to make genetic manipulation in carcinoid cells. After hard trying, we successfully transfected Colo320DM and NCI-H716 cells with our molecule. Some interesting data special for NET cells were observed. However, we will have to slow down if lack of more clinical implication what our molecule behaves in the therapy, metastasis, survival, recurrence and other prognostic events in NET patients, although the molecule is special for NETs by IHC.
