We need the following bacteria, ATCC have no information about them:
1. Streptococcus gallolyticus;
2. Enterotoxigenic E coli: NC101(pks+) or DN10b;
3. Bacteroides fragilis: such as ETBF (Enterotoxigenic) strain 86-5443-2-2 (secretes BFT-2); and NTBF strain 9343

2. here I think you should search for synonyms as often the collection have a standardized way to catalogue the colonies and it may not be the same with the common name used in research

Also see other collection like the japanese one, the german one, those in UK, there is some in France. ATCC have a lot of strain but not all of them.

A good source for enterotoxigenic E. coli is the STEC Center. STEC stands for Shigga Toxigenic E. coli.

Thanks, I have found some company could supply some bacteria, but not all.
It mustn't be from a culture collection center. You can get Streptococcus from the throat (following standard procedures, then identification). You can also get E. coli from a water body receiving fecal matter, or from the WC
I understand that you need specific strains of the mentioned bacterial cultures. You may search for synonyms as very often these changes in nomenclature takes place.
If you have referred some research article for these bacterial strains you can request the authors for the supply of these particular strains.
