F: CACGACGTTGTAAAAC
R: CACGTATTAACTCCAT .
Can I write the new integration of the M13 with the Ym30 forward as
F: CACGACGTTGTAAAACGAC
R: CACGTATTAACTCCAT

Yes. I am not sure what the query is. The forward primers are exactly the same with the addition of GAC at the 3' end. Your products will be the same size with either forward primer if the GAC sequence is present in your template. What will alter, is the primer annealing temp which will of course be higher for the GAC containing primer.
