We are trying to proliferate the GF677 peach-almond rootstock in vitro but the results are not satisfactory. We have tried MS, DKW, WPM and Balla media but still no good proliferation rate (approximately 2-3:1 under BA 0.5-2.0 ppm, glucose or sucrose at 30 g/l).Does anyone have any suggestions?

I did it in commercial phase in MS media along with 1mg/lit BA and 0.1 mg/lit IBA hormones and 20gr/lit sucrose
If you want to have long stems, too you can use GA hormon
ofcourse application of myoinositol in this prolification is very useful
