In usage of sea turtle data set via Jolly-Seber mark and recapture method for open population of turtles, we had compute an estimate for mentioned population. Now, there are some challenges as below:
1- just a group of female had been calculated which attend to adult persons.
2- turn over rate for hatchery behavior in adult female is not regular for every year.
3- having age pyramid and sea turtle demography seems too necessary.
4- male turtles have not any tag, both of adults and immature.
Can every body kindly introduce us a model to achieve an exact number as a total count?

I would echo Greg's comment; Larry and Selina have done much of the seminal work in population modeling of marine turtles. I've attached some of their papers. The standard text describing the mechanics behind the matrix population models used in those papers is "Matrix Population Models" by Hal Caswell.
Also, this field has evolved greatly in recent years and there are numerous related methods (e.g. integral projection models) that may prove more suitable given the constraints imposed by your data.
