Is anyone using a commercially available or self made set-up to reliably measure ICP in mice that they could tell me about?
Hi Maxine, I am looking for a solution to this problem. Has anyone been able to help you? I would love to know as well.
Me too. Obviously, it appears to be quite difficult.
I will try out the DSI method, telemetry https://www.datasci.com/products/implantable-telemetry/mouse-(miniature)...this have not been done by many in mice at least..
But I have done ICP in anaesethised mice..that is ok. Used Millar, 1F.
I'm working with swabs collected from fish mucus to look for microbes but I am not sure about the right bead beating time and the number of cycles. Thank you!

It's about CO2 absorption with MEA in miniscule volume. And would a pseudo first order reaction assumption still be valid if there is no mixing and agitation?
