I ran out of 50-ml conical filter bottles. I have these 115 ml disposable filters, but I feel like it is such a waste throwing it away after a single use. It comes with a cover and, if kept in the BSC, it seems like it could be good enough to use again the next day. I would only be using it to sterilize glucose.
Also, if it would help, after filtering the glucose solution I could run sterile water through it too to remove any residual glucose in the container. I looked on the Nalgene website and it seems like the membrane is replaceable too.

Yes, of course, but you have to be in mind that Nalgene will not give you any warranty for steril invironment, but as long as you keep the inside free of bacteria and you have a transmission, there is a principal possibility.
Replacing the Membran is not an option, I think it will not work and this might be a source of contamination, also you do not have good possibilities for X-Ray sterilization like Nalgene...but you can use a disposable paper or glassfibre Prefilter.
I remember that nalgene provided the first units with a fitting prefilter this is a mechanical protection for the thin membranes too and prolongues the transmission of liquids
Be aware that you do not stress the Membran mechanically and chemically and plate your filtrates, than you have a chance to exceed the life cycle of such units
