Is anyone aware of the relationship among Interstitial Cystitis, group B strep, and level of vitamin D?

Gathering info in regards to a 31 year-old woman who was diagnosed with poor/diminished ovarian reserve at age 29. Low AMH level. Vitamin D tested @25 resulting in supplementation. Diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. Two miscarriages due to group B strep. Thank you!
