Have you tried to activate distortion control? if no, then try to activate it in element type option.

you might have to look at some possible geometry inconsistencies , i.e. is there any interpenetration between your parts? what is your deformation scale?

Speaking of boundary conditions, are you applying boundary conditions to "sufficient" number of nodes?

Which kind of contact have you activated? Have you checked the contact pressures CPRESS?

Thanks for your answer. I tried your suggestion but I had the same problem. Actually, I am very confused about this because when I make that design smaller (has just one trough) the analysis goes fine and results are fantastic. While I face that problem when the model is bigger!!!

Generally the contact I am using between slab concrete and profiled sheeting is frictional:

1) A tangential behavior with a penalty friction of 0.5.

2) A normal behavior with a hard contact.

Check for hourglassing (in case you used reduced-integration elements).

You should also check your material definition - it is very easy to make a mistake in entering values or in converting to different units than Standard SI.
