This is a tough one. In a multi-panel ELISA assay one has to select antibodies that are veryspecific and do not cross-react. I would recommend you send an e-mail to your local Merck Millipore technicl service and ask for information on Muliplx cytokine panel and specifically check if their antibodies cross react with fish.
