Not relevant to the recording side, but EEGLAB (ERP analysis) works on any operating system (it's a toolbox for MATLAB). Point is though, if you want to do the analysis in OS X, you can acquire with any EEG system.
I confirm that EGI runs with OS X. We use it in our lab, however it is a high impedance system and it has its advantages as well as disadvantages. With EGI you can perform analysis in NetStation or export data and analyse it in Matlab too.
I agree with Christopher R Madan. EEGLAB is free and based on Matlab. It's flexible and very efficient if you use codes to run the processes. Their website also provides a lot of information that helps with data analysis. However, I don't know much about the recording systems.
