Is agar well diffusion the best method when it comes to Anti fungal activity?

Currently Im trying to use an extract against several fungal pathogens. In your opinion which method are the most accurate when it comes to testing anti fungal activity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an application in mind? Failing this, agar diffusion is a good place to start. Suggest you not use DMSO. It is fairly common practice but renders the data pretty useless in a real life/applications context.

As to "accuracy" - can you explain?
