Hi .Some part of lost vision in Retinoblastoma may be due to the tumor fluid causing a retinal detachment. If the tumor regresses, the uninvolved retina, which was simply detached may provide some vision. Involvement of Macula is another concern. A detailed examination under anesthesia helps to evaluate this best.
