i'm very interested to study the statistic and gradual increase of cancer incidence in iraq specially between 1999-2000 year
i search and couldn't find something i can depend just some who wrote in a public journal without mention a confident source

A lot has been written and published on cancer in Iraq. Online literature is plenty but the published work covered various areas. The weakest aspect described is the time trends and spatial distribution. One useful source which may help you is the annual report published by the Iraqi Cancer Board-Ministry of Health. The data reported in these reports are reasonable but they are definitely incomplete. I personally trust these reports particularly during the last two decades. In my view and experience I think they report between 70-80 % of incident cancer in Iraq.
It depends on the purpose of your intended study to use what data and which source. To write a good review on cancer in Iraq you need a team not just single researcher.
