Together with my international team, we are looking to collaborate with foreign researches on the research project entitled:
“Organizational culture and climate for effective remote work: the impact of organizational factors on remote employees’ retention, knowledge sharing, and well-being. The moderating role of leadership competencies".
We welcome researches who are publishing in mentioned fields (organizational climate, corporate culture, leadership, knowledge sharing, well-being) and are hired at University (this is relevant to get funds for the project).

My dissertation looks at defining the logical antecedents and modifiers of inter-organizational collaboration and the role of trust. Inter-organizational collaboration - the collaboration between two organizations has an abysmal failure rate with some authors reporting 60 to 80% failure rated which potentially represents trillions of dollars in lost opportunity. I am proposing the use of fuzzy cognitive models to determine these antecedents and modifiers using the mental modeler tool (mentalmodeler.org) then use a pair-wise comparison technique (similar to AHP/ANP with a professional association to generate the data for a simulation. A design of experiments/Taguchi methods data analysis approach is used to characterize the dynamic relationships between variables.
I hope to have a successful proposal defense in the next three months and start collecting data. It should be interesting!! The short answer to your question is yes, I would like you to consider me as a participant in your journey. I bring twenty years of experience as an Officer as well as twenty years of experience as a corporate executive to the table in addition to my newfound academic interests...
