Some examples in Western Europe are Rubus fruticosus, Pteridium aquilinum, Hedera helix and Mercurialis perennis. In some places they are managed because they are too invasive. In other places, they are preserved to increase biodiversity.

The flathead catfish, Pylodictis olivaris, is an aggressive invasive species after having been inadvertently  transplanted from its native Mississippi River drainage in the USA and Canada into  rivers east of the Appalachian Mountains. Some anglers in the expanded range like it and have intentionally aided its spread.

You could possibly look at the effects of inter-basin water transfer schemes. The African Sharptooth catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is indigenous in the most parts of South Africa but through inter-basin transfer schemes has found its way into the  Sundays River in the eastern Cape. Both these are intercontinental pests (not intra-continental).  If you find one, I will wager it be aquatic.

In the United States, two native avian species:  the House Finch (Haemorhous mexicanus) and the Brown-headed Cowbird (Molothrus ater) are considered "invasive".  Both species were introduced in areas that were not part of their historical distributional ranges; subsequently, their populations increased to the point of being detrimental "pests" in the introduced areas, especially M.ater.  Both species were historically confined to the western U.S., but were later introduced to the eastern U.S. (accidently and deliberately). Both species are federally (nationally) protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, but immense efforts have been undertaken to remove Brown-headed Cowbirds from select regions within the U.S. that are important for wildlife conservation (e.g, Kirtland's Warbler breeding habitat).  Brown-headed Cowbirds are nest parasites during the breeding season, and also form large flocks in winter, depredating agricultural fields, granaries and feedlots.  Authorized (i.e., licensed) control measures of Brown-headed Cowbirds have included removing eggs by hand from parasitized nests, and poisoning, trapping or gassing of the adults.  There are many papers on M. ater control measures in the scientific literature; however, I'm not aware of any control measures for H. mexicanus. 

Nir, I believe my answer above satisfies your requirement of a country that contains both source and recipient habitats for an invasive species.  In the United States, the Mississippi River acts as a barrier between the western and eastern portions of the country; thus, this river splits the country in half.  Many bird species are confined to either the "eastern half" or the "western half" of the United States. The historical ranges of the House Finch and Brown-headed Cowbird were originally confined to the western United States (source habitat).  Later, the two species were introduced and/or experienced range expansions to include the eastern United States (recipient habitat). Although the Brown-headed Cowbird is a native species and federally protected in the United States, measures to eradicate it or reduce its population numbers have been undertaken in many areas, especially in areas where it is historically not native and/or presents a wildlife management or conservation concern.
