I understood that newspapers are classified according to their Impact Factor or SRJ. We know how to calculate the impact Factor. On the other hand the books are classified in A, B, C, ..... according to the publishers. what are the indicators or criteria to classify in A, B, C ??? The bottom line is that the A is the best, but mostly find a publisher who agrees to publish. the publisher accepts if he knows that the book will bring him money.
