How to compute/plot inter-trial coherence in EEGLAB for all participants (e.g. averaged) data pooled? Is there any tutorial available? Advices are also welcome, currently I'm able to do this only for one subject separately. Thanks in advance
I would start with Mike X Cohen's "Analyzing Neural Time Series Data" book. He also has a video on the topic (http://mikexcohen.com/lecturelets/itpc/itpc.html) with an accompanying Matlab script.
The EEGLAB tutorial may be helpful for you. The file is freely available on the Internet and it is also attached here.
I am having the same question on that, how we can compute and plot the average ERSPs or ITC from a specific cluster for all the participants. Have you found a solution to that?

Yes, I already have my study desing, so yes you are right we have the average basically from the plots if we choose to plot ERSP or ITCs or run analysis on those right?
