hi cell signalling company recommend that i use 1:1000 dilution for phospho-Akt but at my disposal is only about 1ul of primary antibody left.

i usually use a falcon tube at 4ml total primary antibody solution. any ways to use only 1:4000 dilution and still make detection of phospho-Akt work?

i usually also incubate at 4 degrees overnight and the secondary antibody is use is at dilution 1:4000
