is there any difference between the concept of institutional works and governmentality? they seem similar to me. I am thinking of connecting them to form a theoretical framework

Hellow. Not necessarily. Institutional works can be related to NGO's social and economic activities without the government department's intervention. It depends on the country inclusive.

Well it various conception from Government Work for sample like working by PM Office is more volume of the work and it has do deal with various political administration -Institutional has do deal with high volume administration but there are divided i n financial section -Law Section-Civil Engineering -Properties etc.. but the institutes are the divided branch part of the government
